MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Grand Pavilion is managed exclusively by a dedicated, onsite team that specializes in property management with over twenty years of experience. With an experienced management team available for tenant requests or questions during reasonable hours, there is no delay in coordinating needs as they arise.
MAINTENANCE TEAM
Working alongside the management team, the onsite management team consists of a hand-selected group of professionals. Members of this team are available at a moment’s notice to tenants..
PARKING
Tenants benefit from designated parking spaces and ample visitor parking is available.
SECURITY
The Grand Pavilion is monitored by security cameras and an onsite security guard. The Grand Pavilion is equipped with a security key fob system, providing added security after hours.
MEETING SPACES
The Boardroom is a smaller conference room that can accommodate up to 6 people. The Reiss Room is a larger conference room that can accommodate up to 20 people. Each meeting room has Wi-Fi access, a large LCD screen for presentations, and is available for the exclusive use of our tenants.
SAFETY MEASURES
The management and maintenance teams conduct ongoing, scheduled safety tests, which include testing hurricane shutters, generators and fire sprinklers, and conducting fire drills in which all tenants are requested to participate.
BACKUP GENERATOR
Unplanned power outages can severely impact business operations. The Grand Pavilion’s backup generator ensures minimal disruption, switching from the local power grid with only a second’s delay.
HURRICANE PREPAREDNESS
The management team take significant measures to prepare for each hurricane season. A detailed Hurricane Plan is distributed to each tenant, providing guidelines and procedures for before, during and after a severe weather event.
